THE LEINSTER LOOP – 130km

Start time – 09:30am sharp

 Entry cost – €30 (+ €1.50 on-line booking fee)

This exciting updated route, taking in the counties of Kildare, Laois and Carlow, is designed for experienced and fit cyclists. It includes 20km (approx) in the Killeshin Hills to fully test the strength, perseverance and stamina of the riders.

It is an extremely scenic route, but covers quite hilly terrain and your training programme should reflect this.

Please note that participants must be aged 16 or over on 13th of August 2017.

THE BARROW CHALLENGE – 90km

 Start time – 10:00am sharp

 Entry cost – €30 (+ €1.50 on-line booking fee)

This challenging route, taking in the counties of Kildare, Laois and Carlow, is also designed for experienced and fit cyclists. It is a relatively flat route, yet includes some testing hills and the perfect progression for those riders who completed the 50km route last year.

Please note that participants must be aged 16 or over on 13th of August 2017.

THE CILL DARA CRUISE – 50km

Start time – 11:30am sharp

 Entry cost – €25 (+ €1.25 on-line booking fee)

The Cill Dara Cruise, at 50 km, is a gentle tester for those who spend a bit of time in the saddle. For those, however, who are not used to doing much cycling, this is a really good test, and particularly suitable for family participation.

Please note that participants must be aged 12 or over on 13th August 2017.

THE LOCAL LOOP – 25km

Start time – 5:00pm Saturday 12th

Entry cost – €10 per individual (+ 50c on-line booking fee)

This is a fun cycle visiting our local villages. It is aimed at our young cyclists looking to progress upwards from our family cycle.

THE ROCHE RAMBLE (FAMILY) – 12km (approx)

Start time – 5:30pm Saturday 12th (SHARP!)

 Entry cost – €20 per family (+ €1.00 on-line booking fee) or €10 per individual (+ 50c on-line booking fee)

This is a fun ramble through the scenic greese valley and taking in the historic Quaker village of Ballitore. It is intended for families and individuals looking for a leisurely cycle.
